Ridgemaster scrambling Movement - What's it all about?
Many people come to scrambling after years of hillwalking. They might have really solid fitness and general mountain skills but find that they could do with help addressing the extra demands made of their movement whilst scrambling. This one day course is specifically tailored to deal with those demands in a non mountainous environment to allow participants to pick up those skills in a less serious environment. We will use aspects of climbing movement coaching to gain greater security on steep ground leading to greater enjoyment of scrambling days.
