Sophie is an experienced Level 3 Personal trainer. By working together we are able to analyse where you are able to make gains to increase your performance in the mountains.

All personal training is arranged starting with an in-person consultation which allows us to discuss all aspects of your health, training, and nutritional regime. Together we will set SMART goals to help you get where you want to be.

Furthermore, because Sophie is a specialist in Womens health, we are particularly able to support women in their goals, ensuring that you get the correct advice and maximising your potential, whether pre, peri or post menopausal.
